Drawing on my experience in business aviation, I arrange your catering in coordination with the finest restaurants, patisseries, and my favorite producers in the Basque region.
Food safety is a standard and a top priority. Products are transported in thermo-boxes which are not included in part of the handover.
Special equipment can be provided subject to availability & time constraints. Catering requests should be made 48 hours in advance, with short notice requests dependent on my planning.

Inventory management
Conduct pre- and post-maintenance checks and inventory of all cabin equipment. Support clients, operators, lead pilots, or lead cabin attendants with the inventory control process by providing a framework for cabin inspections, including crew handover.

The longevity of the finishing process relies upon careful attention to detail & the detection of anomalies. An extra set of eyes will ensure quality and maximize revenue, allowing for early detection of discrepancies before they are noticed by the client.

VIP flight attendants have their own perception of individual VIP service standards leading to variations in standards and cultural understanding.
I provide support to visualize and record the customers’ VIP service standards in order to hand an individualized visual guideline to your VIP cabin crew. Unique profiling for each individual private jet. Visual STANDARDS like table settings for freelancers and service specials are implemented in a manual. The corporate identity CABIN.SERVICES manual is a guideline & proven support as well for selected freelancers.
