I have a background in sports education, having completed my exams in 2006. To sustain my livelihood, I worked in various food and beverage establishments such as restaurants, bars, clubs, and coffeehouses.

In 2011, I decided to pursue a career in customer service and began my journey in VIP services on private jets. Over time, I had the opportunity to learn from the best companies, hotels, colleagues, and owners in the industry around the World.
