Ordering Process
Orders are handled on a first come, first served basis. To maintain consistently high quality standards and service levels, Cabin.Services can only accept a limited number of orders and reservations.
We kindly ask for your understanding that during periods of high demand, not all requests can be accommodated.

- Individually tailored menus (subject to availability and lead time)
Required Information for Catering Orders
To process your order efficiently, the following information is mandatory:
- Company name & billing address
- Company registration / VAT number (if applicable)
- Aircraft registration / tail number
- Destination airport / delivery airport
- Delivery date (local time) and requested delivery time
- Handling agent details
- Number of passengers (adults / children)
- Dietary requirements, allergies, dislikes or preferences
- Special meal requests (e.g. kosher, religious or medical requirements)
Important Catering Information
- Raw fish or raw meat products (e.g. tartare, sushi) are not supplied for food safety reasons
- Dietary requirements and allergies must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance
- Sunday and Monday deliveries require a minimum lead time of 72 hours
- Catering requests should be submitted at least 48 hours prior to delivery
- Catering orders are confirmed only after payment receipt, via secure payment link
Onboard Equipment & Service Setup
Please advise in advance regarding onboard equipment and service conditions:
- Availability of oven
- Availability of microwave
- If neither is available, this must be communicated
- Presence of cabin crew on board (yes / no)
- Catering to be delivered ready-to-serve or adapted for onboard preparation

Conduct pre- and post-maintenance checks and inventory of all cabin equipment. Support clients, operators, lead pilots, or lead cabin attendants with the inventory control process by providing a framework for cabin inspections, including crew handover.

I provide support to visualize and record the customers’ VIP service standards in order to hand an individualized visual guideline to your VIP cabin crew. Unique profiling for each individual private jet. Visual STANDARDS like table settings for freelancers and service specials are implemented in a manual.
